Shipping Info

Below is probably more information than you could ever want, but keep in mind we get a LOT of shipping questions :-)  Here is some general shipping info:

1)   We ship fast.  If you choose standard shipping (our cheapest shipping option) your order will always leave our facility within 1 to 2 business days (guaranteed).  All upgraded shipping options will ship even faster always within 24 business hours (see below)

2)   All upgraded shipping options (everything but standard shipping) ship the same business day (2pm eastern standard time cutoff typically).  This means if you order on Monday at 1:45pm and select priority, express, or overnight shipping, your order will leave our facility that same day. 

3)   All orders ship USPS (except overnight orders).  We have 3 different USPS options for each order.  The only exception to this is for overnight orders which we ship by UPS.

4)   All orders include a tracking number.   We will email you a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

5)   You can see our shipping options and prices before processing your order.  Go to the bottom of your shopping cart page, and enter your data in the "get shipping estimates" section on the bottom left of the screen.  All US orders have 4 different shipping options (standard, priority, express, and overnight)

6)   We have very affordable shipping rates.  Our shipping starts at $4.99, and all US orders over $30 ship for FREE.  See more detailed shipping prices below.  Shipping prices are based on the amount/size of your order.

To calculate the number of days it will take to receive your order, consider the number of days it will take us to process and pack your order, plus the number of days it will take the delivery service to handle your order.

Estimated Delivery Time = Order Processing Time + Shipping Time

Orders almost always ship within 1 business day after order is placed.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - Your orders can take up to 8 weeks depending on how fast your country processes orders.  Please keep that in mind before ordering
